Hamburg steak


 My meal was Hamburg steak. This is no menu. I requested to manager. He is answered my request.Our manager was hamburg steak restaurant's manager before this work.
 Hamburg steak is usually, Beef ground with pork. But this day is made only chicken's ground meat. The seasoning was a Japanese-style source with Grated radish.
  It was refreshing taste. I was very very delicious but it was scorching a little. Manager seemed frustrated. Next day, also my meal was Hamburg. This meat was only beef. And it is in beef tallow. This day's seasoning was Teriyaki and top on the fried egg.

  It was more delicious than yesterday. 
 There are a lot kind of seasoning. For example, tomato source with cheese, Carbonara source, basil source.
 When you cook a hamburger steak in a house, please try various taste.

Barbecued chicken

I will introduce my most recent meal. This day's meal was barbecued chicken (Yakitori) This bar has many kinds of chicken, but the barbecued meat is not only chicken, buw also pork.

From the left one is Hatsu. Hatsu is chicken heart which is a rather dry variety meat. Next, the left two are Buta Bara. This is rib pork. Next, the third from the left is Kashira. Kashira is pork cheek meat. Next, from the right two is Seseri. Seseri is chicken neck. It has a crunchy texture. Finally on the right is Tsukune. Tsukune is a meat ball. This is homemade from ground meat.The manager fries it everyday. There are about 50 grams. Some of them are about 100 gram. It's voluminous.Yakitori is many kinds of meat's part. The price is about from 120 yen to 200 yen.



 Left picture is Yakitori-rice ball. It has the original sauce. The rice is 300 grams. It is popular with men. This price is 1200 yen. It is not cheap and it is baked it after it is orderd by the customer. It takes time, but it is very very delicious.

Oyakodon


I will introduce last meal.This day's meal was Oyakodon. Oyakodon is a bowl of rice topped with cooked chicken and eggs. It is contains 3 eggs, And the rice is 300 gram. It is too much volume for women. I served one to a customer, She said '' It's so big! '' But It is very delicious, There are never any leftovers.
 
This dish's point is soft-boiled eggs and sweet seasoning. And chicken meat is cut into small pieces . so it is easy to eat. This bar's mainly serves Yakitori. but this is so popular.I reccomend it.You can also order a half size. Please try it!

Grilling saury with salt

 



 I will introduce my part-time job restaurant Makanai. My part-time job is a bar in Kamihosikawa.Kamihoshikawa is on the Sotetsu Line, It takes10minutes from Yokohama by train. The bar's name is Tarutaruya.

Meals are provided to staff at the bar after work.We can choose our favorite things on the menu. Some times the manager makes original food for me.This day my meal was Grilling saury with salt.


Saury is a seasonal autumn food. It is popular with customers.This saury can be serves Sashimi.  It was cooked by the manager. It goes well with a rice. Please eat  saury.
